| A brief conversation on how you feel hypnotherapy can help you achieve the changes you wish to make. We’ll discuss what you wish to achieve from the therapy. I will explain how the mind works and how, hypnotherapy can help you get what you want. I’ll also give you access to a free MP3 to listen to. | (Approx. 50 mins.) |

We’ll begin each session by talking together to identify what you want. I’ll then guide you into a state of trance to help you in the process of making beneficial changes. (Including Pregnancy and Birth) |

| Initial consultation is with the parent/guardian first. I will then meet with the young person at the next session. the first time we meet we will also cover off the IC and what they want to achieve, Session will follow the same as normal hypnotherapy sessions above. | (Approx. 1hr.) |
